We are proud to present UNI-FLEX – a range of expandable, flexible and durable conveyors for loose loading and unloading applications. Loose loading eliminates “dead space” created by pallets or roll-cages.
Designed to endure the rigorous demands of Distribution Centres and parcel handling hubs around the world, UNI-FLEX conveyors will provide cost effective handling solutions – not only for the large distribution centres but also for smaller companies requiring only single units. UNI-FLEX expandable conveyors are engineered to the highest standards with reinforced ribbed, zinc plated steel side plates for additional strength, structural support across the width and heavy duty square tubing legs to ensure total stability. These conveyors are extremely flexible and are easily manoeuvred into position on braked swivel castors.

Conveyor Features
Roller Specification – 40mm dia, steel zinc plated tube with twin grooves and full precision bearings for maximum life. Roller drive via heavy duty polyurethane drive belts. Electrical Control Cabinet – Our State-of-the-Art steel cabinet houses a top specification AC Inverter with keypad. The cabinet is mounted on a lockable sliding tray to enable easy user access for any adjustments or maintenance.

SMART OPTICS – PEC Package Stop
UNI-FLEX powered conveyors can be fitted with under roller photo optic sensors which will act as an electronic package stop. When a carton or package reaches the discharge end of the conveyor it will automatically stop. When the package is removed the conveyor will start automatically until the next package travels to the discharge point again.
Roller Centres
125mm as standard when the conveyor is fully extended. Optional 75mm and 100mm roller centres can be supplied for the conveying of smaller packages or cartons. Please note that optional roller centres will affect the conveyor compacted length.

- UNI-FLEX Gravity Skatewheel Expandable Conveyor
rugged conveyor ideally suited for many roles from packaging and flexible assembly lines to loading and unloading of trucks and containers. The conveyor is easy to move around on heavy duty castors and simply compacts to a quarter of its size when not in use.
Support legs are fully adjustable from 740mm to 1065mm as standard.

Skatewheels
Our UNI-FLEX standard is 49mm dia heavy duty zinc plated steel suitable for all flat based loads. We can also offer a 48mm dia plastic skatewheel for lighter duty applications if required. Please note that the conveyor load capacity is reduced to 80 kg’s per linear metre with plastic skate wheels.

- UNI-FLEX Trailer Loader
The UNI-FLEX Trailer Loader is the perfect solution for loading or unloading trailers etc from facilities WITHOUT DOCK LEVELLERS
The UNI-FLEX Trailer Loader features an inclined belt conveyor, which includes a UNI-FLEX™ Powered Expandable Flexible conveyor mounted to a heavy duty (self levelling) tongue arrangement. The conveyor is then simply extended into the trailer for easy loading and unloading of parcels, packages and totes etc.
Our options include either a fully powered roller extending tongue, a gravity skatewheel or a gravity roller extending tongue if required. Easy hydraulic height adjustment via an on-board electrical power pack for both the infeed belt boom and main belt boom, which provides the exact load and unload level required. The unit is easily manoeuvred on heavy duty large diameter robust swivel castors to enable easy location on multi-door applications.
The Trailer Loader has a maximum trailer penetration of 8750mm making it ideal for loading and unloading both 20 ft and 40 ft trailers and shipping containers.

PARCELVEYOR
UNI-XU presents PARCELVEYOR - A unique new range of conveyor modules especially designed for the parcel handling and logistics marketplace.
The Drive System is unique to UNI-XU. We utilise a multi grooved steel zinc plated friction tube and drive the conveyor rollers via a heavy duty polyurethane round section belt.
