Lineshaft Conveyors
Cobalt’s lineshaft conveyor is primarily used to transfer products from one location to another by means of a 25mm Ø shaft via a set of drive bands and is driven by a geared motor. Typically Lineshaft is a light duty powered roller conveyor, handling products such as cardboard boxes, plastic tote boxes and small goods etc. Lineshaft is particularly good in applications such as order picking lines or production lines and simple bar-coding sortation systems. Although mainly used to transport light goods, Cobalt Conveyors can supply a medium and heavy duty lineshaft conveyor for heavier or bulkier goods and at higher speeds. Along with standard range of widths and lengths available, Cobalt can also supply a full range of ancillary items including transfer units, taper sleeve roller bends and lift up gates for pedestrian access, pusher units, merges and switches.
Key Features
- Conveyor widths from 300mm inside frame to 1300mm inside frame.
- A maximum module length of 3000mm and anything in between.
- Standard 50mm Ø mild steel BZP rollers or plastic available. A heavier duty roller is available.
- Speeds of up to 30m/min utilising the latest geared motors from SEW, Lenze and Danfoss Bauer.
- Curved sections with true taper rollers to suit 30º, 45º, 60º, 90º & 180º bends.
- Ancillary options include speed up spools and merges.
