Special solutions with standard components ─ We at Cobalt Conveyors make it easy for our customers
We offer inexpensive special solutions based upon our standard belt conveyors. According to our product philosophy, we simply offer standard belt conveyors with a few special components instead of special machines. This means that our customers do not incur any development costs whatsoever.
Here are some examples of possible custom-made products:
Belt Types
Flat versions, with slats or corrugated edges and also with Anti-slide surface
Side guide rails
In aluminium, steel or stainless steel, in different heights, fixed or adjustable.
Support Systems
For narrow and wide conveyors, adjustable in height and pivotable, also available on wheels.
Electrical Connections
Motor protection switches, frequency regulators and emergency stopping devices.
Feed Hoppers
Standard sizes or individually adapted versions.
